Start with one question

Do not request sensitive traits or identifying information. There is no free-text field or external survey provider. Signed-in visitors, private paths, account and checkout pages are excluded.

  1. Update your site privacy notice before enabling feedback.
  2. Open Visitor feedback, write one rating or fixed-choice question and choose its public-page targeting.
  3. Preview the question, review its choices and publish deliberately. Feedback starts off.
  4. Clear page caches and test a signed-out visit with current replay consent.

Read responses with their limits

A response is voluntary and linked to the current consenting, sampled recording. Question versions are kept separate. These answers do not represent every website visitor.

Pausing stops new answers. Withdrawal of the current recording, retention cleanup and owner deletion remove linked answers, including while Pro is deactivated. Keep exports under the same access and retention controls.

Use a short campaign

Pro supports multiple campaigns with short rating or fixed-choice question flows, conditional follow-ups, scheduling and frequency controls. Feedback stays off until enabled with current consent. Inspect date, page and device breakdowns alongside question versions; deleting linked recordings removes their linked feedback. No entered form values or free-text survey answers are collected.
