Each Free installation runs independently. Pro covers the number of licensed sites in your bundle. Storage is provided by your host. Retention and payload figures are configurable limits, not included hosting space. Connected-site tools require you to connect authorised WordPress sites; each site keeps its own recordings.

You pay once per year for the selected number of sites. It renews annually until you cancel through your billing account. Updates and direct support continue through the paid period. When that period ends, your installed plugin and recordings remain usable; commercial updates and direct support require an active plan. Monthly payments are not offered.

Displayed annual prices exclude VAT; applicable tax is added at checkout. Each currency has a fixed list price; prices do not change with daily exchange rates. Choose a currency to update the prices and shareable page link. EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and AUD are offered. You will review the final price and terms before any future purchase.
Free is the core plugin. Pro is an add-on included in every paid plan. Starter, Growth and Agency cover one, five and 25 sites respectively; they share the same current Pro feature set.
Pro includes a connected-site health overview and CSV client reports. Connect authorised WordPress sites using dedicated application passwords. Replays remain in each site’s dashboard and database. The Agency proposal covers up to 25 site licences; custom report branding is not included.
Capture pauses when the chosen payload budget is full. Delete recordings or let retention cleanup free space, or increase the budget after checking your host. Each recording is limited to 30 minutes and 8 MiB. There is no monthly allowance to reset and no overage fee.
Recordings are stored in your WordPress database. You provide the hosting and its backups. Storage figures describe recording payload ceilings, not allocated hosting space; database overhead is additional. Review limits and retention before increasing sampling.
